Next Steps: Ecology will respond to comments by end 2025 including a responsive summary. Oversight Remedial Action Grant guidance for the 25-27 biennium will be published in January 2026. The Affordable Housing Cleanup Grant Program will go out for public comment in Fall of 2026 with more detailed scoring, eligibility, and policy updates.
