WTP NOC Approval Order - DE02NWP-002, Revision 4

Ecology is holding a 30-day public comment period on the revised Notice of Construction NOC) Approval Order DE02NWP-002, Revision 4. Ecology is proposing to issue a revised NOC Approval Order DE02NWP-002, Revision 4, for non-radioactive air emissions from the Waste Treatment and Immobilization Plant (WTP). The U.S. Department of Energy has requested an increase in the limit on the number of samples collected and analyzed from the “LAW 6” sample point for the Low Activity Waste (LAW) portion of WTP, increasing potential emissions for the facility.
