Public Review of CAFO General Permit Applications & Manure Pollution Prevention Plans

Concentrated Animal Feeding Operations (CAFO) that are seeking coverage under the CAFO general permit must submit their permit application and manure pollution prevention plan to Ecology for review. We list these new, or renewing, applications on Ecology's general permit website for the permit at https://ecology.wa.gov/CAFO. At the end of the public comment period, we will consider comments and may request changes to the manure pollution prevention plan, before issuing a decision on if the facility will receive permit coverage.


Please note that this comment form is for the purpose of submitting a comment to the Washington State Department of Ecology. Commenter contact information is optional.
