Proposed 2026 Fee for the Refrigerant Management Program

We’re updating the Refrigerant Management Program fee for 2026 to reflect the resources needed to run the program. This includes a proposed fee change, an updated budget, and a workload analysis. The draft is now available for public comment, and we welcome your feedback.
